New ATMs rolling out

The future of the ATM has now been introduced at several banks, where they are getting rid of an old staple: The envelope. More ATMs today are equipped with scanning equipment which makes for better check-processing. Bank of America has said it will convert all of its 13,800 deposit-taking ATMs nationwide by the end of the year. Wells Fargo and JPMorgan Chase are also taking the plunge.
